EMPEROR join the already confirmed BEHEMOTH, TESTAMENT, ELUVEITIE and D.R.I. in Vagos Metal Fest 2020.
The last headliner for the next edition of Vagos Metal Fest is revealed. On this Christmas morning, the Norwegian EMPEROR will join the poster of the festival that will take place on 30, 31 July and 1 August 2020, in Vagos (Aveiro). This will be the absolute premiere of the band in Portugal.
Pioneers of the Norwegian Black Metal scene and members of “Black Metal Inner Circle” along with other talents such as Mayhem, Darkthrone or Burzum in the 1990s, EMPEROR are one of the most requested bands by the Portuguese “metal” public. After returning to action in 2017, the band has been headlining the biggest metal festivals around the world. The last original album dates back to 2001 – “Prometheus – The Discipline of Fire & Demise”, so a setlist with passages through their entire discographic legacy is expected.
