About the “Medusa” album, the lead guitarist and keyboardist Greg Mackintosh says:
The new album will be slower, sludgier and more doom filled than ever before. Eight riff laden monster tracks of sheer Northern misery.
To produce “Medusa” they are working with Jaime Gomez Arellano (Ghost, Cathedral, Turisas, among others) at Orgone Studios in Woburn, England. Jaime also produced Paradise Lost previous release ”The Plague Within”, which had a more death metal sound.
Paradise Lost will be present in some of the bigger european summer festivals, like Download Festival (France), Rock Fest Barcelona (Spain), Gefle Metal Fest (Sweden), Wacken Open Air (Germany) and Metal on the Hill (Austria). The complete information on the upcoming events can be found here.
