The first big death metal names in 2018 are brought to Copenhagen by 3rd Tsunami Agency, for a show at club Vega. Cannibal Corpse is coming back to Denmark to deal some brutal power among their fans! New York based death metal titans this time are coming at us with strong support from The Black Dahlia Murder. Both bands will be supported by experienced French thrash/death veterans No Return. We can summarize the style of the three groups as simply as ‘extremely heavy’. This has to be something really desired by the fans, as it can be seen by the fact that the show in Copenhagen was sold out almost 2 months before the date.
Info regarding both shows:
The Danish part of the tour is hosted by 3rd Tsunami Agency. The concert in Vega (Copenhagen) on February 10th will be followed by another gig in Kolding on February 15th.
Tickets for the show in Vega were available on Ticketmaster, show is sold out and the start is planned for 18:30. You can find more information about it at the venue’s website.
The show in Kolding will take place in Godset and tickets can be purchased on the club website for 225 DKK (250 DKK at the door). The show is planned to start at 20:00. More information regarding the venue and tickets purchase can be found here.
Cannibal Corpse:
They are celebrating 30 years of activity this year, while going to tour Europe promoting new album ‘Red Before Black’ . This is their 10th record in their portfolio. Dripping blood death metal group with charismatic George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher on the vocal is returning to Copenhagen’s Vega and Building’s Godset to conquer Denmark again with their crazy gory music.
The Black Dahlia Murder:
They have played twice in Copenhagen last year. The first time it was good show on Copenhell festival, second time it was an amazing show in Pumpehuset Byhave. An outside show in fully packed garden in the front of the club in downpour of rain while the band played with full power, making it at killer show. This time band from Michigan will support Cannibal Corpse and promote their new record ‘Nightbringers’.
No Return:
The french combination of trash and death metal has been around the metal scene since middle of the 1980s. Despite the change in the band name when they went from Evil Power to No Return, as well as lineup change in 1989, they have kept going. No Return now are led by the only original member Alain Clément. Their sound is stronger than ever and they are touring with some new material, ‘The Curse Within’, released last year.
