Maximus Festival – new Brazilian Heavy Metal Festival arises
Brazil is gonna hold a brand new Heavy Metal festival in 2016. Maximus Festival is taking place in São Paulo on September 7th, the Brazilian Independence Day. The festival’s first edition is also happening in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on September 10th.
The headliners for this first edition – both in Brazil and Argentina, are Rammstein, Marilyn Manson, Halestorm and Bullet for My Valentine. The line up brings also Disturbed, Hellyeah, Shinedown, Hollywood Undead, Black Stone Cherry, Raveneye, Steve Seagulls and local bands. Brazilian edition will be counting on the national talents: Project 46, Woslom, Ego Kill Talent and Far from Alaska.
Interlagos Autodrome was chosen to hold this big event, with three stages, VIPs’ area, food and beverage area, shops, merchandising and bars. The event is also bringing some arts and activities areas for the festivalgoers.
Maximus Festival first edition will be taking place at São Paulo, Brazil, on September 7th and claims to become the ‘South American equivalent to France’s Hellfest’.
Maximus Festival’s first edition shows a strong and young fandom focused line up; nevertheless the plans are to diversify it and always give space for the old bands in the future. Move concerts is a strong entertainment company, so is possible to believe that Maximus Festival has everything to rock and become an important event in Brazil.
