One of the bands that is raising up faster that your own shadow, just cast another one into the light called Meliora. We could think that the heavier sound could help the band get more ghouls into them but, that might not be necessarily the case when it comes to this band. The stunning melodies and the dark ambient that they can create are still here, although, the sound at some point is definitely too loud, shadowing almost what the listener had in mind. It’s still a great album tough, and we’ll still sing the songs like “From Pinnacle to the Pit”, “Cirice”, “He is” or “Mummy Dust and Absolution”, blessed by the Pope Emeritus III and his Nameless Ghouls.
