After the EP “Rotkäppchen” by the end of last year, Varg returns with a LP a few months later called Das “EndeAllerLügen”. None of the songs from the previous EP are on this one, therefore we could expect one of two things: the EP songs didn’t fit on the record or the band had overflowing creativity. You decide dear listener. The first part of the album is totally in German, and then there’s the second part, the same songs in English. Straight forward pagan metal with some black / folk elements is what we can expect, as we’ll hear in songs like “Das EndeallerLügen”, “Revolution”, “Streyfzug”, and “Achtung”. Probably the most interesting track would be “Wintersturm”, the one that really sounds fresh. The idea that we get is their own vision of to where the world is going to, and a warning about times to come. Maybe for that reason, made perfectly sense to record this album in both languages. Clearly the band is trying to make something different from the usual that we get from these kind of German bands, and it was a good effort, although some fans from the genre might be very interested and look for something more jolly.
