Iceland black metal band SINMARA have announced that “Aphotic Womb” will be revealed to the public at an official premiere at Garage Bergen (Bergen, Norway), 16 pm, the 28th of August. The release will take place the same weekend of BEYOND THE GATES III festival.
The first full length of this band will see the daylight trough Terratur Possessions, label that already sent out the three track cassette “Spiritus Sankti”, released in 2012 when the band was still known by the name Chao. Musically Sinmara contrast chaotic aggression with haunting melodies in a very similar vein to their magnanimous countryman Svartidaudi, and completing with Carpe Noctem one strong offensive Icelandic black metal trio. Watch out!
