British punk band THE EXPLOITED attacked the stage of the Republica da Musica, in Lisbon last night (February 13) with HATEBREED, NAPALM DEATH, and PRIMAL ATTACK in the Portuguese stage of RESURRECTION OF CHAOS TOUR 2014, however, the concert was interrupted because the vocalist Wattie was clearly not able to continue on stage.
According to reports on who was at the scene the singer was really sick and feel bad when took the stage and only with great effort managed to stay there.
The same sources claim that it was a heart problem, and the musician was admitted to the Hospital de São José, Lisbon, and should remain hospitalized in Portugal for a few days.
The band has issued two official statements:
Sorry to have stopped the concert halfway through tonight but wattie had taken very ill and couldnt continue. Thanks for your understanding .
