This is the second single taken from the band’s debut album “Anatman”, which will see the light of day on July 30th on a joint release by Nox Liberatio Records and Gruesome Records. The single can be listened to below.

Vocalist Alex Mendes elaborated on the matter:
““Metamorphosis of Man” is a retelling of the first speech by Zarathustra, the sage who gives the title to Nietzsche’s seventh book, “Also Sprach Zarathustra”, and specifically about the “triple metamorphosis of the spirit.” But since this speech is rational, fundamentally imbued with logos, this song channels the listener to the pathos of its message, to passion, on an electric journey through each phase of the transvaluation of all values (“Umwertung aller Werte”).”

The band is composed by Alex Mendes (vocals), Diogo Ferraz (guitars), Filipe Gomes (bass) and João Dourado (drums, samples and orchestrations). These elements are also involved in other bands of the Portuguese scene such as Destroyers Of All, Terror Empire, Grimlet or Antichthon. “Anatman” was recorded, produced, mixed and mastered at Golden Jack Studios by João Dourado.
