[video] Vreid Interview

While attending Beyond the Gates 2018 festival, Season of Mist made it possible to interview Vreid. This happened just before the pre-listening of their latest release Lifehunger at the Garage venue in Bergen, Norway.

Needs to be referred that Garage venue is part of Bergen’s metal scene history and we were fortunate they allowed us to use their space for this occasion. Sadly, we were informed that the venue would permanently close their doors soon after our visit. This made Garage a mandatory visit place for everyone attending the festival from out of town. It was great to be able to visit one last time this charismatic and legendary venue one last time before they called it quits.

We had the chance to have a very pleasant and relaxed chat with Hváll (Vreid bass player). Amongst others, we talked about Beyond the Gates festival, Norway and the love for nature, the message behind “Lifehunger” album and the expectations for their upcoming european tour with Kalmah and Slegest.
