Alestorm have been confirmed as headliners for the Milagre Metaleiro Open Air 2025, scheduled to take place on 22, 23 and 24 August 2025 in Pindelo dos Milagres, the well-known “village of metal” in Portugal.
The Scottish band is a reactor of raw energy, humour and good spirit. This combination aligns naturally with the identity of Milagre Metaleiro, a festival recognised for its relaxed atmosphere, the close interaction between artists and audience, and the strong sense of community that characterises each edition.
For 2025, Alestorm’s inclusion therefore appears particularly fitting. The band stands as one of the most prominent names in pirate-themed Folk/Power Metal, with their concerts typically evolving into large-scale communal celebrations. For audiences yet to experience them live, an intensely energetic performance is expected, with a show likely to rank among the most memorable highlights of the folk and power metal circuit, with an established career spanning seven studio albums and four EPs.
Alestorm join an already strong 2025 line-up, which includes Hypocrisy, Rotting Christ, Necrophobic, Mercenary, Godark, Revolution Within, Vision Divine, Blazon Stone and Bronze, among others.
