Fjords announce upcoming Portuguese shows with Belaflor and others

Fjords are scheduled to perform at several Portuguese venues in November and December, including two November dates alongside different projects. The band will play at Cine Incrível in Almada on Saturday, November 7, as part of the Matiné Psicadélica event, followed by a performance at Milk Records in Santarém on Sunday, November 8.

The Almada event, presented by Triptych and Todos Música, will feature El Saguaro and Belaflor. Scheduled to begin at 17h00, the concert brings together three acts for an afternoon dedicated to alternative and independent music.

Hailing from Coimbra, Fjords bring a progressive stoner doom sound built around dense guitar riffs and hypnotic rhythms. Their approach combines the weight of stoner doom with progressive structures, placing emphasis on atmosphere and extended instrumental passages.

At Milk Records in Santarém the following day, Fjords will share the stage with Belaflor, the solo instrumental project of Diogo Rivers. The performance will accompany the presentation of Belaflor’s debut album, Autos de Amor & Glória. The event begins at 17h00, and admission is free.

Fjords are also scheduled to perform in Porto on December 5 2026, at Espaço AL859, alongside Vengeful Fate, Jardim de Cinzas and Ascenscia. The show will bring together four bands for an evening focused on heavy music.
