Ill Niño cancel their performance at Vagos Metal Fest, RAMP step in as replacement

Ill Niño, the American metal band known for blending heavy metal with Latin influences, has cancelled the performance at Vagos Metal Fest. The organisers have pointed out that this situation is out of their control or responsibility.

Illegal Productions has issued a statement saying:

Despite every effort made by the organization, it is with great regret that we announce that Ill Niño will no longer be performing at Vagos Metal Fest 2026. This cancellation is due to reasons entirely beyond the festival organization’s control. But the storm of heavy music in Vagos doesn’t stop! Taking over the stage on August 5, we’re proud to confirm the return of one of the biggest names in Portuguese metal: RAMP!

We sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to seeing all of you and making this edition the loudest and most memorable one yet.

The American nu-metal stars were one of the headliners of the Vagos Metal Fest.
